Seller and customer policies

Where a checkout explicitly uses Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe/Link acts as merchant of record under the checkout’s displayed terms; the LLC remains the product/service provider. Standard Stripe checkouts use the LLC as seller. Stripe Managed Payments information.

Scope, pricing and taxes

Prices are USD. Review Stripe’s final total before paying. Service agreements must identify seller, scope, deliverables, final total, dates and cancellation terms. Any applicable tax or third-party charge must be disclosed before authorization. Products and customers are not assumed tax-exempt. Extra scope or paid subscriptions need separate approval.

Digital licenses

Unless stated otherwise, purchasers may use/adapt purchased guides, worksheets and prompts for their own personal/business operations and client deliverables. Do not resell or publicly distribute the original files, claim authorship of the original guides, or sell access to the collection. Third-party rights remain with their owners.

The Token Prototype Kit’s example code follows its included MIT license; guide restrictions do not remove permissions granted by that license. The kit is educational software, not tokens, an audited financial product or a live wallet. Review its Node.js and terminal requirements before purchase.

Digital delivery

Sign in before checkout and use the same sign-in method afterward. Downloads unlock only after Stripe confirms payment. Pending, failed or refunded payments do not grant download access. For missing, corrupt, incorrect or inaccessible files, open a support request with your reference. ATG investigates, corrects access or reviews a refund if it cannot supply the agreed product.

Refund requests

Contact ATG promptly with your order reference and reason. Duplicate/incorrect charges and delivery failures are checked against payment records. Requests are not automatic refunds. Approved refunds are initiated within five business days; Stripe and the bank determine posting time. Pending or failed refunds are not money already returned. Access may be paused during review and revoked after refund.

Service cancellation

Before work starts, cancellation returns amounts paid and stops future agreed installments. After work starts, refunds reflect completed milestones agreed before payment. See the Showcase and Website scopes. No added cancellation fee. Customer delays pause timelines; revised dates must be agreed.

Installments

Approved offers over $100 can use finite plans starting at $20 every 14 days, with a smaller last payment when needed. Exact total, count, scope and first-payment timing appear before authorization. No ATG installment interest or surcharge. Successful card setup can trigger the first authorized installment. Work and delivery start after full payment. Failed payments do not count as paid. Cancel future billing from the plan page; refund requests are separate and do not themselves cancel schedules.

Appointments and support

Consultation requests are preferences until ATG confirms availability, start/end and meeting details. Confirmed appointments have private calendar downloads. Support is reviewed on business days; include details and never send credentials or card numbers.

Unavailable offerings and claims

Apparel checkout is paused while fulfillment is unconfirmed. Paid memberships and sponsorships require separate defined terms before sale. Samples and demos are labeled. No earnings, audience growth, rankings or business results are guaranteed. Applicable customer rights remain in effect.
