Immersive Showcase — Fixed Plan

Scope and turnaround

The $150 fixed Showcase includes one intake questionnaire, a consultation up to 30 minutes, a 4–6 page planning brief and a storyboard or wireframe of up to six panels. One consolidated revision is included; final delivery is a PDF.

This package covers planning. Interactive prototypes, finished 3D assets, games, production builds and hosting require a separate written quote.

First-draft target: five business days after full payment, complete customer materials and written scope approval. Allow three business days for each included revision after consolidated feedback. Customer delays pause the timeline; agree project dates with ATG before paying.

Cancellation and refunds

Before work starts, cancellation returns all amounts paid and stops future scheduled payments. Work and delivery start after full payment, including when paying in installments.

After work starts, refunds equal amounts paid minus completed milestones agreed in writing before payment. Milestones: $50 for completed intake/concept outline; $100 for completed brief/storyboard. No additional cancellation fee. ATG provides an itemized explanation and completed work covered by retained milestone payments. If ATG cannot complete the agreed service, the unearned portion is refunded.

Confirm the legal seller, project scope, deliverables, total including any applicable tax, dates and cancellation terms in writing before payment. You must have permission to use supplied content. New scope or paid third-party services require written approval. No income, ranking or sales result is guaranteed.
