ATG account privacy

Information used by your account

When you choose Google sign-in, Google and Supabase authenticate you. ATG receives your account identifier, email address and available profile name. ATG does not receive your Google password. ChatGPT sign-in is a separate, optional sign-in method.

You may add your name, phone number, mailing address and a separate billing address. These profile fields are optional. Mailing addresses can include a P.O. box. Profile information is used to display and update your customer account and support your requested services.

Requests and enquiries

Consultation and contact forms collect the name, reply email, project details and any preferred consultation date and time you enter. New requests are linked to your signed-in account so you can review their status. ATG uses them to respond and arrange requested services. The owner receives an email alert through Resend containing a request reference and a link to the private dashboard.

Storage and service providers

Supabase handles Google authentication. ATG’s website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure through ChatGPT Sites, and customer profiles are stored in the website’s database. Stripe handles payment information during checkout. ATG’s account form does not collect payment card numbers.

Orders and downloads

Stripe sends signed payment notifications to ATG. ATG stores the checkout reference, product, amount, currency, payment and fulfillment status, account association and customer email for order access, support and reconciliation. The website does not store payment card numbers. Transactional order emails are sent through Resend. Downloads require sign-in to the account associated with the website checkout.

Sign-in cookies

The Google sign-in flow uses secure cookies to complete authentication and maintain your session. ATG’s Google session cookie expires after at most one hour. You can sign out or clear your browser cookies. ChatGPT sign-in uses its own session controls.

Your choices and requests

You can edit or clear optional profile fields from your account page. To ask about your account information, request a copy or request deletion, contact williamparkham64@gmail.com. ATG may need to verify that you control the account before handling a request.

Google, OpenAI, Cloudflare and Stripe also process information under their own privacy notices. This notice concerns the ATG account features described above.
