3. ATG checks availability and confirms the actual start/end, meeting details and any agreed cost.
4. Open the appointment from your account to download its calendar file or request rescheduling/cancellation.

Times are Eastern Time (America/New_York) unless explicitly marked UTC. Calendar files use exact UTC times so your calendar can display your local time. A change request does not alter the appointment until confirmed.
